The gathering featured some of the biggest names in music and launched several careers. Tuesday, July 26thThe British first invaded the American shores in 1775 during the famous night Paul Revere rode his horse and announced “The British are Coming, The British are Coming!” One hundred and eighty nine years later a new wave of Brits invaded the USA, only this time they weren’t caring guns, they brought guitars, drums, pianos, and sound equipment. Paul Revere & the Raiders, an American band was waiting but they just added to the music.
